Making Changes to Your Property?

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Under the terms of you lease, you need to seek permission for ANY changes you want to make. The licence is granted by the RTM Board & the Managing Agent.

Common examples: window replacement, replacement of front doors (suspended to help owners with fire door replacement), removal of walls, replacement garage doors, rewiring, etc.

If in doubt, ask the Managing Agent.

NOTE:

Without approved changes, you will not be able to sell your flat.
