Under the terms of you lease, you need to seek permission for ANY changes you want to make. The licence is granted by the RTM Board & Nicholas George .
Common examples: window replacement, replacement of front doors (suspended to help owners with fire door replacement), removal of walls, replacement garage doors, etc.
