The overall management of the site is conducted through a group of volunteers who are Directors of 'Right to Manage (RTM) Companies' for each of the four blocks (Amethyst, Emerald, Sapphire and Garnet). This structure was implemented under a statutory framework so that service charges and site management can be better controlled by residents - to save significant costs for us all.

If you want to raise any issues with the Directors, please do this through your Court Representatives who, if they are not able to deal with it, will then refer this to the Directors.
An AGM takes place each summer for any leaseholder to attend and raise questions. The AGM is NOT open to renting residents, nor non-residents.
