In 2010, Sceptre Park leaseholders opted for the right to manage the Park, instead of the Freeholder. This was to ensure that service charges and site management can be better controlled to ensure cost saving, better standards and to make all matters more transparent for all members. 

Four companies were created - one for each block. The operation of the RTM Companies is governed by the Articles of Association. 

The articles stipulates that there is no automatic membership to the RTM Companies. To be a member, a leaseholder MUST apply to become one.

Any member of the RTM can volunteer to become a director. The directors offer their time to oversee the management of the Park and work in tandem with our selected Managing Agent.
